Building stronger foundations
We began with our lean brand discovery process, working closely with founder Sanjiv to uncover what made mindably truly unique. Through collaborative workshops and deep industry research, we identified a critical gap in the market: while businesses invest heavily in sales tools to improve productivity, they often neglect the human elements - mental wellbeing and coaching - that powers performance. Revenue professionals face intense pressure, leading to burnout, high turnover, and ultimately, revenue loss. mindably's solution—connecting therapists and specialised sales coaches/mentors directly with teams—represented a pioneering approach to a persistent problem. We distilled this vision into a clear purpose statement: Mindfully Driven—balancing wellness and success for revenue teams.

The human side of high performance
The visual identity needed to stand out in the B2B space while communicating both professionalism and warmth. We chose a distinctive color palette anchored by a deep, rich green that conveys stability and growth, complemented by lighter tones that bring warmth and approachability. The custom logo features a distinctive abstract mark that suggests both forward movement and mindful reflection—a visual representation of mindably's balanced approach.
Typography plays a crucial role in the identity, with Nohemi Medium bringing personality to headlines and Manrope providing clarity for body copy. We created a pattern-based brand graphic system inspired by the logo that adds depth and movement to communications while remaining subtle enough to support rather than overwhelm content. This system worked perfectly across digital touchpoints, creating a consistent yet flexible framework for the brand to grow.


From concept to launch
With the brand foundations established, we moved quickly to create a website that would effectively introduce mindably to the market. We focused on clearly communicating the dual benefits of improved wellbeing and enhanced performance—showing that these goals complement rather than compete with each other. The website needed to speak to business leaders while maintaining the human-centered approach at the core of mindably's offering.
We designed and built a Webflow site that balanced professional polish with genuine warmth. The clean layout and intuitive navigation make the platform's benefits immediately clear, while photography showing positive, focused professionals reinforces the message that wellbeing drives success. Throughout the six-week process, we maintained close collaboration with Sanjiv, ensuring that every element authentically represented his vision while providing the strategic framework needed for launch.

In just six weeks, we helped transform mindably from a concept on paper to a market-ready business with a distinctive, purpose-driven brand. The foundational work we created—from brand platform to website—gives mindably the perfect launchpad to revolutionise how businesses support their revenue teams. Beyond the tangible deliverables, our collaboration demonstrated the power of authentic relationships in business.
