A comprehensive audit revealed complex user journeys struggling under their own weight. Instead of masking the platform split, we turned it into a feature. We created 'Propstore Auction' as a distinct but connected destination, with clear signposting between spaces. This transparency became a strength, building trust through clarity.We rebuilt the commerce experience from first principles. The shopping cart, streamlined and intuitive. The Buy Now section, reimagined with dynamic promotional spaces. Everything designed mobile-first, because that's where the future of collecting lives.Behind the scenes, we created a comprehensive design system that unified the experience while respecting each platform's unique needs. Working closely with their tech team, we ensured every pixel served the collector's journey – from casual browsing to final bid.
