Learnd Investor Relations

With a public listing in their future and ambitious acquisition plans ahead, learnd needed more than a website. They needed a digital homebase that could scale with their vision, articulate their innovation story, and position them as the building management disruptors they'd become. From UX strategy to launch, we helped shape their evolution from smart building startup to industry-transforming force.

Where we started

learnd was transforming building management across the UK, but their investment story needed its own space to breathe. As they expanded through strategic acquisitions and prepared for European growth, they required a dedicated platform that could communicate their value proposition to investors while meeting strict regulatory requirements. Their ambitious vision for decarbonising buildings demanded an equally sophisticated investor experience.

How we worked

We crafted a focused microsite that balanced corporate governance with compelling storytelling. The solution needed to handle complex financial data elegantly while making learnd's growth story accessible to diverse investor audiences. Working closely with their team, we developed dynamic share price visualisation tools and built robust geographic access controls to ensure regulatory compliance across regions. The CMS architecture was designed for maximum control and efficiency, allowing learnd's team to manage time-sensitive publications and documentation independently. Every element was crafted to reflect both their technological sophistication and their position as leaders in sustainable building management.

Where we landed

The new IR platform doesn't just display financial data – it showcases learnd's vision for a decarbonised future. As they expand across Europe and drive the energy transition, the site serves as both a compliance tool and a compelling investment narrative. What began as a regulatory requirement evolved into a strategic asset, helping learnd articulate their unique position at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and value creation.
